Reservations or bookings can be made via WhatsApp or the Booking Form.
Payment is due upon arrival at the location or to our team with cash. If paying with a debit or credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply to the total payment.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is canceled within one day prior to the client’s pick-up.
No-shows or cancellations on the booking date will incur a charge of 100% of the total payment.
Insurance coverage is applicable exclusively for accidents involving individuals aged 7 to 65 years. Coverage is subject to the terms outlined in our insurance policy or that of our partners. Please note that coverage does not extend to lost, damaged, or similar items.
